Yoga & Meditation

The Laughing Buddha offers basic classes to build an experience and an understanding of Yoga & meditation. Each class is designed using three components: Stretching, Moving, and Breathing. Traditional Yoga classes are available as a preference, however lesson plans may incorporate group & partner activities.

Regular classes are priced per student and require a minimum of 6 students, a group with fewer than 6 students would be charged as a private class.

Classes are suitable for all levels of experience.


Ages 4-12

Classes are designed with a balance between spontaneity and structure, incorporating stories, songs, games and poses.

30-45 mins.

$8/student


Ages 13+

Classes are structured and available to mixed-aged groups incorporating stretching, exercising and breathing.

60-75 mins.

$10/student


Private

 

Classes are designed to focus on student's specific needs, and are available as one-on-ones or for a group of up to 5 students.

$80/session


Online

 

Private yoga classes (Live) via Zoom, available as one-on-ones or for a group with an unlimited number of students. Classes can be designed to focus on student’s specific needs.

$20 (30 mins.) - Basic Session with Stretch & Meditation

$50 (60 mins.) - Structured Session with Yoga & Meditation
