Yoga & Meditation

Basic classes for groups and individuals as young as four, building both an experience and an understanding of Yoga & meditation. Each class is designed using three components: Stretching, Moving, and Breathing.

Classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

 

Youth Program

Youth are often overwhelmed while facing the day-to-day pressures of school, sports, and relationships. The Laughing Buddha offers Mindfulness & Yoga workshops, which include proven methods of managing physical, mental and emotional stress.

Classes only allow a two year age gap between students.
